    At Reagan High School Track (over by the concession stand) to run intervals. Whole activity last about an hour: warm-up for about 15-mins, do the work, and cool down for about a mile – that’s it! Example main sets could be 6×800’s, 3×1 Miles, etc z5 / hard effort… Come do the workout with others or do one of your own!

    Wheels down NLT 6:00PM from the parking area just up from Choke Canyon BBQ on Blanco Road just north of the intersection between Huebner & Blanco. We ride out Blanco, turn right on Specht and turn around at the 30-min mark (or there bouts). This is not a group ride, but rather intervals (at your pace) to build your speed! All followed by a short 20-30-min brick run out and back on Blanco.
